When will my order ship?

We will process and ship your new items in approximately 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Please note,  we do not process or ship orders over the weekend. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation letting you know it’s on the way.

How should I choose the best size for me?

There are a couple ways you can find the perfect fit.

We’ve posted our general size chart on each product page & you can use the size size recommender to help you decide. If you still need a little guidance, we here to help! E-mail us at meetus@eastonrodeo.com.

Returns

Items can be returned for credit within 15 days of item(s) receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging with tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

(Please note: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Capsule Bundles are eligible for exchange and not combinable with other discounts or refund.)

Exchanges: 

Need to exchange your items? No problem! You may do so within 15 days, just follow the return policy and re-order your new items as a new sale/transaction
